Painted Wood Slice Christmas Tree Ornament

Wood slice ornaments are very popular this year and these will be a well received gift.

Made from a wood slice with the bark still attached, I have painted a black background with acrylic paint and added the words in white permanent vinyl.

The hanger consists of 3 wooden beads of varying sizes. One is painted black, one is white and the third I left natural. The beads are strung on a piece of twine that forms the hanger.

I have sealed the area over the words with a clear acrylic sealer to ensure the lettering does not peel off over time.
You can choose from the sentiments "Family" "Peace" or "Snow" or select all three.

As these ornaments are made of natural tree branch slices, the measurements may vary slightly but they are approximately 2-3/4" across and 3/4" thick.

These ornaments would make a wonderful gift for a teacher, coworker, neighbour, as a hostess gift or as a basket stuffer and anyone else on your Christmas list.
